Dr. Ann-Marie Michel, Director, International Relations and Communication, Universite Catholique de Lille (France) visited the department and addressed the MAIS first year students on 13 November 2018. She briefed them about the various exchange programmes that our universities are already a part of and short programmes that the University offers in the Summer. The students were interested in knowing about the Masters and PhD programmes and various fellowships and scholarships that they offered.

Dr. Ann-Marie Michel later met with the Faculty of Department in a formal department-level interaction at 4 pm on 13 November 2018 in Conference Room. Some of the main topics that were discussed in the interaction are:

Students exchange programmes both at UG and PG level.

UG/PG courses taught in English that would be useful for our students.

Flexibility in terms of credits and course duration for semester or yearlong exchange programmes

Credit exchange between Lille and the CHRIST.

Faculty exchange and research collaboration.
